Worked with device engineers and staff subject matter experts to identify and diagnose issues. Automated daily analytics of over 90,000 fielded ADTRAN network elements. ADTRAN customer management feedback:

“we turned the customer perception to the positive side. With this initiative we triggered a bigger thought process. We are considered as the front runner in the analytics area”

Cloud architect and consultant for cloud applications developed throughout the company including remote R&D offices, IT, services, and test engineering.  Application support included CloudFormation, EC2/VPC architecture, IAM policy and roles.
